The 8 days Uganda safari can be broken into two parts, the 3 days Murchison falls safari and the five days gorilla trekking and chimpanzee tracking safari. Murchison Falls National Park is the biggest national park in Uganda. The national park was named after the strongest waterfall in the whole world that is also found in the same national park; the Murchison Falls. Day1: Kampala to Murchison Falls Transfer
Wake to a warm breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe after which you will start of your journey to Murchison falls. You can have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a brief Rhino tour.
Rhinos had gone extinct in Uganda but through Ziwa rhino sanctuary and Uganda wildlife education center Entebbe, the future generations have a chance to spot Rhinos in Uganda. In order to support one of our eco-sustainability goals, Ziwa rhino sanctuary is always a must visit to ensure that rhino in the future are re-introduced in the wild.

After visiting Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, we shall continue on the journey to Murchison falls with another stop in Masindi town for Lunch. After the Lunch break, we shall continue to our lodge in or near Murchison falls depending on your preference.

DAY 2: Murchison Falls Game Drive And Launch Cruise
After a warm breakfast at your lodge in or near Murchison falls national park, you shall drive into the north side of Murchison falls national park for a game drive. During the game drive, expect to encounter African elephants, Buffaloes, lions, Bushback, giraffes among several other animal species and birds.
Bottom of Murchison Falls
After the game drive, you shall set out for lunch after which, you shall transfer to the launch cruise to the bottom of the fall. The highlight of the launch cruise is often the animals on the Nile river banks. These include but not limited to hippos, crocodiles etc. There is also the option of hiking to the top of the falls which you can opt for during our trip at an extra cost. In other words, after the launch cruise, we shall simply transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: Chimpanzee Tracking In Budongo Overnight in Hoima
After your warm breakfast at your lodge, you will set off for Budongo forest for chimpanzee tracking after which we shall proceed to Hoima for overnight and Dinner.
DAY 4: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park
After your breakfast at your lodge in Hoima, you will set off for queen Elizabeth national park with a stop in Fort portal for your lunch. Upon reaching queen Elizabeth national park, you will check into your lodge. You can opt to simply relax or set out for an afternoon game drive.

DAY 5: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat Trip
After your breakfast at your lodge, you will transfer to Kasenyi plains for your morning game drive. Then you will transfer back to your lodge for lunch before setting out to catch the afternoon boat cruise at Kazinga channel.
The boat trip is usually two hours starting at 14hours. The boat trip offer opportunities to spot Nile crocodiles, Buffaloes, Hippos, Elephants among several other wildlife species.

DAY 6: Transfer To Bwindi
After your breakfast at your lodge, you will then transfer to your lodge in Bwindi impenetrable forest national park when you will be spending your night before gorilla trekking. It is recommended you pack your lunch when setting off to Bwindi

The accommodation will depend on your gorilla trekking sector. Buhoma sector is highly recommended.
DAY 7: Gorilla Trekking & Lake Bunyonyi Tour
After your breakfast at your lodge, you will set out to your gorilla trekking briefing point in Bwindi. You are expected to be there by 7:45am. You should not also forget to carry your lunch. After your gorilla trek, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi where you will relax a beat as well as spend your night.

DAY 8: Transfer To Kampala/Entebbe
After your breakfast at your lodge; you will set out for Kampala. You will have a stop in Mbarara for lunch and another stop in Kayabwe for the Equator experience. You will then continue on your drive to either Kampala or Entebbe.
