The best way to not get into trouble while on a self-drive in Uganda/East Africa is to check the car before you start on your trip by checking under the bonnet to ensure the oil levels,water level in the radiator,brake fluid, no oil leakage , also to check on the tires to see if there is no loss of pressure and also check on the dash board to see if their are not engine lights and then start on your trip.
