Nous avons loué un RAV4 pour 11 jours.
Julius est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport très tôt le matin et il était à l’heure, il a même fait un bout de route avec nous et accompagner pour mettre de l’essence.
Pour le retour il devait venir chercher le 4x4 à l’hôtel afin qu’on ne perde pas de temps.
Le dernier jour la voiture est tombée en panne à 60km de l’arrivée. nous avons contacter Julius et il a de suite répondu et 10 min après il a envoyé une personne avec une nouvelle voiture. Nous avons attendu 2h30 car le trafic proche de Kampala était très très dense. Julius a même conduit la fin du trajet car c’était de nuit et nous étions pas à l’aise. We drove around uganda 16 days in two cars from Gofurther - Land Cruiser V8 and Toyota Land Cruiser extended version with the rooftop tents. We repaired the flat tires every 2-3 days, but our Ugandan hired driver helped repair both cars without any problem. Malfunctions caused by terrible roads. Very friendly and communicative people. Go further 4X4 car rental is ons aangeraden door een ander koppel. Ze hebben ons zeker niet teleurgesteld! De maatschappij is op en top professioneel en vriendelijk. Bij mechanische pech is er hulp beschikbaar om het even waar in het land op een vlotte en professionele manier.
De wagen heeft ons perfect door het ruige landschap van Oeganda geloodst, deze wagen gaat door alles.

Als je van plan bent een self drive te doen door Oeganda ben je hier aan het goede adres! Wij hadden een prachtige ervaring.
De service was TOP. Ze doen er alles aan zodat je een zorgeloze reis hebt. Ze zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar en antwoorden super snel. Wij hadden een technisch probleem en we stonden ervan versteld hoe snel alles geregeld werd. Ze hebben overal in het land garagisten die de auto komen vermaken terwijl je rustig in je hotel zit.
Bovendien waren ze prijs kwaliteit de beste.
Ze hielpen ons ook met allerhande andere zaken. Ze staan aan je zijde van begin tot einde van je reis.

We had the trip of a lifetime in one of Gofurther's prados. It was an old model and the aircon was nonexistent, but with Uganda's speed limit of 80km/hour, it can be pleasant to drive with the windows open and observe your surroundings. We are a Canadian couple who rented a RAV4 for 5 days and had a great first time in Uganda with GoFurther. Nickson was always very responsive throughout booking and leading up to the beginning of the trip. We were picked up in Kabale and dropped off in Entebbe by our driver Julius. Julius was a fantastic guide and very friendly. He drove us through a lot of western Uganda and knew a lot about local culture and history. We felt very safe for the duration and the vehicle had no issues with some of the poor road conditions. Nous avons loué un 4x4 avec tente sur le toit  pour 16 jours de conduite en autonome, avec le minimum de matériel de camping nécessaire. Après avoir effectué divers devis auprès de plusieurs compagnies, Gofurther était de loin la compagnie qui offrait le meilleur tarif. Le 4x4 a répondu à toutes nos attentes et nous a accompagnés en toute fiabilité durant notre roadtrip que ce soit sur routes ou sur les pistes des différents parcs, y compris jusqu'à Bwindi. Nous avons également réservé nos permis Gorilles + chimpanzés par leur intermédiaire et ceux-ci nous ont été remis en même temps que la voiture. Nous leur avons fait un virement de plus de 2.000 € 7 mois avant notre départ. Le personnel est de confiance et très professionnel. Julius a toujours été réactif à nos demandes et répondu dans un bref délai (seule la ponctualité pour le retour du véhicule est à améliorer ;). The boys are absolute legends, they helped me manage my trip in Uganda and definitely made it easier. They even helped me with the gorilla permits !

A very good 4x4 car rental company. Communication was good and reasonably priced. Car was mechanically sound and had no issues while using it for two weeks during our trip through Uganda and Rwanda. While not everything worked in the car it did what we needed. Car had a pop up roof opening to allow us to make the most of our game drives. Border crossing between Rwanda and Uganda was easy as they supplied all the paper work needed to take the car across.You just need to let them know.
