It is often assumed that when you rent a car in Uganda, you directly pick up your car from the 4×4 car rental offices. Most car rental agencies in Uganda offer pick-up and drop-off services free of charge. After receiving your rental car, there is no need to go to the offices so that you can get your car. However, the option of picking up the car from the car rental company’s offices remains available.
After assuring your rental booking, the car can be picked up at any point of your choice, and as well the drop off can be at an arranged spot. However, car pick up and drop off are all given by the laid guidance of the rental agreement. Vehicle delivery or pick up is communicated by the hirer (client) prior to the travel date to enable us to make arrangements earlier.
Pick Up,
The car rental policy operates in this way, the car is delivered to whenever place is communicated. At the airport, home, hotel/apartment, to all places within Kampala and Entebbe car deliver/ pick up is free of charge. However, all areas away from Kampala and Entebbe, you need to include the fuel for deliver and driver to deliver the vehicle.
All you need is to communicate this place where the vehicle to be picked/ delivered and the time. Car delivery to areas beyond Kampala and Entebbe, the client meets the costs fuel costs to drop the vehicle.
Drop off,
This arrangement is done before the on pick off or before the expiry of the time of car rental hire. The car cannot be dropped off anywhere without the consent of the operator. Any extension which comes beyond the agreed upon end time of the rental extra charges of the vehicle are applied equivalent to rental charges pay day extended.
The drop off is done only at the place of business of the Operator or obtain the Operator’s consent to any other destination where you can possibly drop off the car.
Dropping off the car before the end of your rental period no money is refunded.
In-case you’re not sure of your days to use the car pay at your estimation and when you want to use the extra day communicate to the reservation team and you can make payment at the end but at the same rate.
